The Council for British Archaeology has recently published their Supporting Community Archaeology in the UK Research Bulletin which identified current and future skills requirements as well alongside aspirations for accreditation and a necessity for a collaborative digital space to provide national, regional and local connectivity to include the latest fieldwork, volunteering and training opportunities.

The Training Online Resource Centre will be re-designed to reflect the findings and will include advice, signposting and guidance as well as information on local and national contacts, equipment and heritage specialists.
